Description
Eat real food. Hit your protein. Lose the weight.
Most diet books ask you to choose: food you actually want to eat, or results you can see. The All-New Low Calorie High Protein Low-Carb Diet Cookbook refuses the trade. Certified nutritionist Samantha Bax has built 180 recipes around one simple idea — put protein first, keep carbs and calories in check, and let flavor do the rest. The result is a plan you can live on, not one you white-knuckle for three weeks.
This is the fully revised Second Edition, rebuilt from reader feedback on the original. Readers asked for more variety, more plant-based options, clearer portion guidance, and dishes beyond the usual chicken-and-broccoli rotation. All of it is here.

Who it’s for
Anyone who wants to lose fat while protecting lean muscle — and anyone who has quit a diet because they got bored. It works whether you cook for one or for a family, whether you eat meat or don’t, and whether you have forty minutes or ten.
About the author
Samantha Bax is a certified nutritionist who came to this work personally: diagnosed with diabetes in her twenties, then navigating a close family member’s kidney disease, she refused to accept that food built for health had to taste like a compromise. She has since drawn on Mediterranean kitchens, Asian spice markets, and Central American sustainable farms to build recipes that are as good to eat as they are to live on.
