Sweet & Zesty Dry Spice Rub

Makes about 1 cup.

Ingredients:

• 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
• 2 Tbsp. onion powder
• 2 Tbsp. garlic powder
• 2 Tbsp. paprika
• 3 Tbsp. cumin
• 1 Tbsp. coriander
• 2 Tbsp. chili powder
• 1 Tbsp. salt

Directions:

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Store in air tight jars or tins.
3. Store in the refrigerator or cool pantry.

Notes:

This rub goes with everything from fish and shrimp to pork and poultry.
