THE ROOM & THE FOOD:

Bamboo Grill & Sushi is a "faster" food restaurant tucked in a strip mall across the parking lot from Ralphs and Target on Seal Beach Blvd. in Seal Beach. If you have some serious shopping to do and it just happens to be lunch time, you are hungry, you don't want to spend a lot of money but would like something decent, Asian, a step above standard fare and you want it fast I highly recommend this restaurant. The decor is pleasant with adequate seating for a busy lunch hour. They even have a few tables outside. The place is very clean, the staff very friendly and efficient and the food really very, very good. They offer a selection of appetizers, salads, tempura, noodles, rice bowls, sushi rolls, grilled items, bento boxes and combos. They also put together some very fine Party Platters. I always order the Grilled Salmon Salad and it is always delicious. The portion of  salmon is quite large and the salad crisp and fresh with a light sesame peanut dressing on the side (thank you). You really cannot go wrong here.

THE SERVICE:

I have always been greated with a smile and almost before I have settled myself into my table after I served myself my own soda, gathered my hot sauce, plastic ware, napkins and chopsticks they are presenting me with my meal. Again with a smile. I notice too they bus the tables quickly especially during the busy lunch hour when I've been there.

COMMENTS:

Go. You won't be disappointed. I love this place. I go out of my way to shop at the Seal Beach Target and Ralphs just so I can treat myself to their fare.
